Welcome to LinearGrid Event Management (“LinearGrid Event”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, bookings, and participation in events managed by LinearGrid Event Management.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
Company refers to LinearGrid Event Management.
Client refers to any individual, company, organization, or entity engaging our services.
Participant refers to any person attending an event managed by LinearGrid Event Management.
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Event Planning & Management
- Corporate Events
- Conferences & Seminars
- Wedding & Celebration Management
- Exhibition Management
- Registration & Digital Experience
- Photography & Videography
- Live Streaming
- Creative Design & Branding
- Event Production & Technical Support
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
3. Quotations & Service Agreements
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- A booking is confirmed only upon acceptance of the quotation and receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
- Any additional services requested after confirmation may incur additional charges.
4. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed:
- A deposit may be required to secure the booking.
- Full payment must be completed before the event date or according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
- All bank transfer fees or payment gateway charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified.
5. Changes & Revisions
Clients may request reasonable changes before the event.
Changes involving:
- Venue
- Event date
- Guest capacity
- Technical requirements
- Production setup
- Design materials
may affect the project timeline and additional charges may apply.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Client Cancellation
Deposits are generally non-refundable once planning or production work has commenced.
Cancellation charges may apply as follows:

Any non-refundable costs already incurred by the Company (venue bookings, vendors, printing, equipment rental, permits, etc.) will be deducted.
7. Force Majeure
LinearGrid Event Management shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Fire
- Government restrictions
- Pandemic or public health emergencies
- Power failures
- Internet disruptions
- Civil unrest
- Extreme weather conditions
In such cases, both parties will work together to reschedule or identify alternative solutions where possible.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Obtain necessary approvals and permits where applicable
- Ensure timely communication
- Make payments according to agreed schedules
- Cooperate throughout the planning process
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client.
9. Event Registration Services
Where LinearGrid Event provides registration systems or digital event management:
Clients are responsible for:
- Accuracy of participant information
- Distribution of registration links
- Compliance with applicable privacy laws
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted during registration is accurate.
10. Photography, Videography & Live Streaming
LinearGrid Event may capture photographs, videos, livestreams, and other media during events.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- The Company retains the right to use event media for portfolio, marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
- Clients may request restrictions prior to the event.
- Commercial reuse by clients may require separate licensing where applicable.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
All original materials created by LinearGrid Event, including:
- Event concepts
- Creative designs
- Branding materials
- Presentations
- Graphics
- Digital assets
- Website content
- Photography and videography edits
remain the intellectual property of LinearGrid Event Management until full payment has been received.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
12. Third-Party Vendors
The Company may coordinate with:
- Hotels
- Venues
- Caterers
- Photographers
- Production suppliers
- Equipment rental companies
- Entertainment providers
While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or failures of independent third-party vendors.
13. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Upload malicious software
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission
- Disrupt website functionality
We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinearGrid Event Management shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of business opportunities
- Loss of profits
- Data loss
- Technical failures beyond our control
- Third-party service interruptions
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the affected services.
15. Personal Data
Personal information collected through enquiries, bookings, and event registrations will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian data protection laws.
16. Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during events.
Clients shall ensure that:
- Venue regulations are followed
- Emergency procedures are communicated where necessary
- Participants comply with venue and organizer instructions
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct threatens the safety or enjoyment of others.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
18. Amendments
LinearGrid Event Management reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will be published on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
